Shipping & returns
Tracked delivery anywhere in Canada. It is free on orders of $100 or more, and a flat $30.00 below that. Allow 5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.
There is generally no cooling-off period for an online purchase in Canada, so the 15 days we give you from delivery is our own policy, and the goods have to come back unused and in their original packaging. You cover the cost of returning it unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you, return postage included. The consumer protection laws of your province or territory apply to every order and nothing here limits them.
Looking after it
Switch it off and let the bulbs cool. Dust the crystal with a soft dry cloth, steadying each strand with your other hand so it does not swing into the next.

About this product
A round, six-light tiered chandelier covered in cascading glass balls and teardrops.
19.69" (50cm) in diameter and 15.38" (39cm) tall, on a 35.4" (90cm) adjustable chain, for a dining room or an entryway.
A round tiered chandelier with rows of dangling crystal accents in varied sizes that add a subtle shimmer to a room.
It is 19.69" (50cm) in diameter and 15.38" (39cm) tall, on a 35.4" (90cm) adjustable chain.
Five layers of crystal, with hundreds of smooth glass balls and teardrops, completely cover the iron frame.
It takes six E12 bulbs of up to 60 watts each, and the bulbs are not included.
It runs on 110 volts and is hardwired, so a licensed electrician installs it.
Rows of crystal in varied sizes hang from a round frame, five layers deep. Hundreds of smooth glass balls and teardrops completely cover the metal, so in the evening what you see is a cascade of light rather than the frame behind it.
It is 19.69" (50cm) in diameter and 15.38" (39cm) tall. That suits a dining room or an entryway, and it sits just as well over a kitchen island or along a hallway.
The chain is 35.4" (90cm) and adjustable, so the drop can be set to the room. The canopy against the ceiling measures 4.72" D x 1.1" H (12cm x 2.8cm).
It takes six E12 bulbs of up to 60 watts each, for a listed wattage of 360 watts, and runs on 110 volts. The bulbs are not included, which leaves the colour of the light up to you.
Full assembly is required, including hanging the crystal beads, so set aside time for it. Mounting hardware and a detailed instruction manual come in the box.
At 17.64 pounds (8kg) it is a substantial fixture, and it is hardwired. A licensed electrician wires it in and makes sure the ceiling can carry the weight.
Still deciding?
Not sure yet? That is fine.
You can change your mind. There is generally no cooling-off period for an online purchase in Canada, so the 15 days we give you from delivery is our own policy, and the goods have to come back unused and in their original packaging.
If it turns up faulty, damaged or not as described, that is on us: we arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund and we pay the return postage. The consumer protection and sale of goods laws of your province or territory apply to every order, and nothing on this site limits them. Read the full detail on our refunds and returns page, or ask us anything before you order.
