Shipping & returns
Tracked delivery anywhere in Canada. It is free on orders of $100 or more, and a flat $30.00 below that. Allow 5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.
There is generally no cooling-off period for an online purchase in Canada, so the 15 days we give you from delivery is our own policy, and the goods have to come back unused and in their original packaging. You cover the cost of returning it unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you, return postage included. The consumer protection laws of your province or territory apply to every order and nothing here limits them.
Turn the power off and let the bulbs cool. Wipe the metal with a soft dry cloth, and dust the wood rather than wetting it.

About this product
A four-light rectangular chandelier in wood and matte black metal, 90cm long, made for the length of a kitchen island.
Dimmable, with an openwork frame that casts a soft ambient light and rods that set the drop at four heights.
A rectangular four-light chandelier with an openwork frame of rustic-finished wood and matte black metal.
It measures 35.5" x 9.5" x 51.8" (90 x 24 x 131.6cm), length by width by height.
Its rods let you hang it at 11.8" (29.5cm), 23.6" (60cm), 35.4" (90cm) or 41.3" (105cm).
It takes four E26 medium base bulbs and works with a compatible dimmer switch; the bulbs and the dimmer are not included.
It runs on 110 volts AC, and a licensed electrician wires it in.
A rectangle of rustic-finished wood and matte black metal, with four lights set along its length. The openwork frame lets a soft ambient light fall over the room, which is what the heart of a kitchen wants in the evening.
It is 35.5" (90cm) long and 9.5" (24cm) wide, with an overall height of 51.8" (131.6cm). Over an island, that length spreads the light along the bench instead of into one bright spot.
The drop is set with rods: six at 11.8" (29.5cm) and two at 5.9" (15cm). Combine them to hang the fixture at 11.8" (29.5cm), 23.6" (60cm), 35.4" (90cm) or 41.3" (105cm).
It takes four E26 medium base bulbs, not included, with a maximum compatible wattage of 240 watts. With a compatible dimmer switch, also not included, it goes from full light for cooking to a low glow once the dishes are done.
Wood and matte black give it a modern farmhouse look with an industrial edge. It suits a dining room or an industrial styled space as well as a kitchen.
The fixture runs on 110 volts AC and arrives knocked down, with full instruction sheets. It is hardwired, and a licensed electrician wires it in.
