Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can look different on different screens, so small differences between a photo and the item you receive are normal and are not a fault. If an item is not as described, our Refunds & Returns page explains what we will do.
Installation and electrical safety
Hardwired light fittings, such as most chandeliers, pendants, ceiling lights, wall lights and vanity lights, must be installed by a licensed electrician in line with the electrical code that applies where you live.
Solar and plug-in products can be set up by you. Please follow the instructions that come with them.
Any guidance on this site about sizes, placement or which light suits a room is general guidance, not advice about your home. Check the voltage and specifications on the product page before you buy, and ask us if anything is unclear.
