Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Canada only. All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more. Below that, a flat $30.00 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay.

Every order is sent with tracking.

How long it takes

We handle and pack orders within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days, so allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving. Delivery time can vary by location.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We do not have a tracking number before the parcel is collected, so it cannot be sent any earlier.

Once you have your tracking number, you can follow your parcel on our order tracking page.

Separate packages

For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate packages and may arrive on different days. If part of your order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.

If your order is late or does not arrive

Please email us at theteam@modernlight.store with your order number. Our Refunds & Returns page explains what we do if an order does not arrive, and the rights you may have under the law in your province or territory.

Questions before you order

If you need an order by a particular date, email us at theteam@modernlight.store before you buy. We will tell you honestly whether it is possible. We aim to reply within one business day.
